Meet our Co-Founders
Bob Anderson
Director of Client Services
Bob was raised in an entrepreneurial family and has successfully founded and exited an apparel company and a food & beverage business. In addition to his role with Hatchit, Bob operates an energy consultancy, helping commercial clients reduce their carbon footprint through energy efficiency and solar energy. Bob has also worked as an investment analyst for a hedge fund, an English teacher and a snowboard instructor in Japan, a construction coordinator, and a children’s book author. Bob received his BA with high honors from Middlebury College.

Dennis Schaecher
Director of Strategy
In addition to his role with Hatchit, Dennis runs the Research Triangle office of BOS Acquisitions. BOS provides acquisition search assistance to private equity firms, investment groups and corporations. Prior to BOS, Dennis was a consultant in the New York City office of Digitas, a leading marketing and strategy firm. The clients he advised include American Express, The New York Times and Toys 'R' Us. Dennis maintains an ongoing relationship with the University of North Carolina MBA Entrepreneurship program as a guest speaker and coach. He is also an angel investor with Triangle Angel Partners. Dennis has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA with honors from Middlebury College.
Paul Wilcox
Director of Marketing
Paul has had the independent streak of an entrepreneur his entire life. Having spent part of his youth in London, he started a distribution of the Financial Times after he sold his first business and continued his interest in publishing through various product marketing roles. Along the way, he has run a half a dozen other small startups. More recently, he has been captivated by the green revolution as both an investor in eco-startups and an EV and energy advisor at Tesla. He did graduate course work in digital marketing at NYU and holds a BA with high honors from Middlebury College.
