The WordPress site features guides for buying and setting up a particular type of technology. The site has shown good overall growth and is just coming into its high season in the summer months. It requires minimal work from the Seller to maintain.
It earns all of its income from the Amazon Associates program. The three traffic sources are organic (~88%), direct (~11%), and referral (~1%). The top three countries are the US (~79%), UK (~4%), and Canada (~4%).
Included in the sale is a secondary domain that is used as a 301 redirect. This domain was purchased and helped to increase the relevancy of the main domain. There have been some paid for links as well as ones built via outreach but there hasn't been any link building done in 2020. This represents an opportunity for a Buyer.

The primary source of traffic for the business is social media (34.7%), direct search (28.9%), organic (15.1%), and paid ads (7.3%). The US is responsible for driving 90% of traffic.
Orders are fulfilled by a US warehouse and the business works with over 150 US-based suppliers to source products. The Sellers work on sourcing products for the subscription box a few months in advance.

With multiple sources of revenue, including a subscription model that brings in monthly recurring revenue, and diversity of traffic sources and an even spread of traffic, this is a business that has a solid foundation to build from.
The business primarily generates revenue from its info product (78%) and affiliate (20%) offers found on the site. Traffic stems from organic search (47%), direct (38.5%), and referral (8.6%) sources. This traffic is also evenly spread across the website, with the top three pages accounting for no more than 5.5% of the total traffic.

Most of the marketing is automatic through email sales funnels. There is room for growth by doing more live campaigns and promotions throughout the year and promoting new products as an affiliate.
One area for growth potential is to create more courses within the niche. The seller would be happy to share ideas with the buyer. Another area to consider would be developing software. The business has worked with many software developers to get up and running but has not pursued actually creating their own software.
Two areas that have not been focused on are running paid ads and SEO/Link Building.

One VA helps with managing the assets social media accounts (Facebook being the most important) and another outsourced social media manager who handles the large Facebook group used for the coaching program. These VAs would be willing to continue on with the business if the buyer would like.
The Seller has built a large email list including 30,000 buyers and over 500,000 contacts that entered their name and email into the flow, with an additional list of 40,000 active affiliates that subscribed to the affiliate page.
